Hannah Sweetman

I am a professional nutritionist. I obtained my degree in sports science and nutrition in New Zealand - my hometown, then went on to study for my postgraduate qualification from the globally recognised international Olympic Committee (IOC). I now use my deeper knowledge of in depth studies to apply an evidence-based approach with my clients. I believe that;  “ lifestyle is one of the most important aspects of nutrition. If an approach isn’t going to work for your lifestyle, then is isn’t the right approach. That is why nutritional advice needs to be individual - personalised to what you want to achieve”. I will be taking you through simple diet changes, suggesting new recipes to try alongside offering you and your partner, encouragement to commit to making small lifestyle changes that have been shown to improve your health and overall wellbeing.

Suzie Kenny

Paediatric Dietitian (Msc, Pg Dip Rd)

I qualified as a registered dietitian in 2007, having trained at Kings College, London and then went on to complete my Masters in Nutrition. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience within clinical nutrition for both adults and children. I currently work at the Brompton hospital, within the paediatric department, where I see children with complex respiratory conditions, allergies and faltering growth. This work is very specialised but still follows basic principals.
Since becoming a parent myself, I have reduced my hours at the hospital and started up a baby weaning venture called ‘Tiny Tummies’. I fully understand the concerns that parents can feel during the early years, around the importance of nutrition and the desire to give their children the very best start in life. I am passionate about children’s health, growth and good food and will be holding regular sessions within the Thames club to support you. My sessions will be interactive and fun. I look forward to meeting you and sharing ideas.
